MSB Supply Chain has a posiiton available for an IT Procurement Specialist: ●The primary responsibilities of this role are to maximise the value gained from the external supply chain and to work with team to develop supply strategies, tools and frameworks to ensure these suppliers are managed effectively to meet the needs of the business. ●The Procurement Executive will strive to be seen as a champion in this area and a source of best practice advice • The PE will work closely with the IS Procurement Team to ensure a value-added approach is adopted with suppliers and that supplier development activity is controlled in line with company policy and processes. • The PE will ensure commercial leverage is maximised with Suppliers whilst ensuring these are supported by robust contract and commercial frameworks. ●Management of supplier activities utilising SRM processes and techniques will be key to the success of this role • Clearly, there is a strong emphasis on working with internal customers and a need for collaboration with all areas of to Support delivery of Projects Authority to commit will be in line with current limits Contact with others: Ongoing contact with other functions in all directorates including other servcos within International AG Frequent communication with external suppliers at all levels Challenges and opportunities: Challenges include working to tight timescales and managing internal customers*stakeholders expectationMSB Supply Chain (a division of MSB International PLC) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
